At Heather Taylor Counseling, we believe in a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the whole person. We believe that if you are not addressing your physical health (sleep, nutrition, and exercise) as well as your spiritual health (faith, personal growth, connection), then it will be very difficult to make significant progress in your mental and emotional health - it's all connected!
Our services include narrative therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), neuro-informed therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We understand that difficult times and headspace require healing, and our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to find that healing.
